Tessie O'Reily married Seamus O'Reily her son is Cyril O'Reily and it is revealed on Season 4 Part II that Ryan O'Reily isn't her real son when Suzanne Fitzgerald visits him. Tessie dies of cancer when Cyril & Ryan were teenagers and she had a daughter when Seamus found out that Tessie had cancer he had been shaking their little girl and she died too, Ryan had seen it all.
