Season 4 Part II[]
When Tobias Beecher is up for parole hearing, he is then asleep, he has a dream that Dawkins and his team grant Beecher his parole and lets him go free and then he wakes up and noticed he was dreaming. Dawkins does however have Beecher called up but actually denies his parole due to him defecating on Vernon Schillinger's face and biting the tip off James Robson penis. Template:Crossref

Miguel Alvarez has his parole hearing with Steve, Luis Ruiz & Ms. Sommers, Alvarez gets bought up with his prison escape, blinding Eugene Rivera and kill Jorge Vasquez and Carlo Ricardo but Alvarez makes an excuse and then Ruiz starts insulting Alvarez where Alvarez starts beating up Ruiz and sent back to Solitary.

Beecher gets his 2nd parole hearing, Dawkins accepts Beecher's parole and lets him go free. Dawkins decides to retire and hand his leadership to Luis Ruiz.
