Season 3[]
Seen as a background gay member with Tony Masters, Fiona Zonioni & Kiki Faye Downing. When Simon Adebisi starts the race war, Pinkerton allies himself with The Homeboys along with Zahir Arif, Nacim Bismilla and Vincent D'Arbouze.
Season 4 part I[]
When Martin Querns takes over Emerald City, all the white gay inmates are transferred out of Emerald City leaving Pinkerton the only gay inmate and being used as one of Adebisi's sex toys.
Season 4 part II[]
After the death of Adebisi and the firing of Querns, Tim McManus takes over Emerald City again and brings back Masters, Zonioni and Downing. Pinkerton is back with them as a background character again.
