Leonid Roginsky was a former member of the Russian Mob, also known as The Organizatze. Roginsky was never seen on-screen, but was mentioned by a famed russian hitman named Yuri Kosygin. Kosygin worked as a painter for Roginsky while Kosygin first arrived in the United States. Roginsky treated Kosygin with disrespect, making fun of him, calling him "professor". Kosygin finally had enough of Roginsky's disrespect, and one day Roginsky kicked Kosygin infront of his wife. Kosygin then strangled Roginsky to death on the spot. After killing Roginsky, the Organizatze was impressed with Kosygin's ruthlessness. So, they hired him as an assassin.
