He is in Emerald City after Tim McManus is reinstated as Unit manager. When the Chinese refugees are in Emerald City, he helps pin down Bian Yixhue for Enrique Morales to staple to death as a tactic to get at Burr Redding.
Season 5[]
When Miguel Alvarez is in the shower, the Latino inmate and another Latino inmate come along with Carmen Guerra to attempt to kill Miguel Alvarez but is stopped by Officer Murphy. After Miguel Alvarez survives the stabbing by Guerra and Alvarez is called over by Morales, he responds to Alvarez "bite me".
