A character that was supposed to be included in the Secret Identities episode of Season 3 that was played by Amy Madigan that kills Yuri Kosygin in the hole. It was never included in the episode and has never been included in deleted scenes. It may have never been filmed and the storyline may have been thrown out the window. It was included in the TV Guide synopsis originally.
