Jonathan Seda (b. 14 October 1970) is a Puerto Rican-American actor. He portrays Dino Ortolani in Oz. He is also well known for playing detective Paul Falsone in the NBC hit tv series Homicide: Life on the Street. Seda, who was an amateur boxer, auditioned for and was given a role in the boxing film Gladiator in 1992. He also portrayed Chris Peréz in the movie Selena alongside Jennifer Lopez and became widely known to both the Hispanic and the non-Hispanic communities in this role. He has made numerous other television appearances including legendary Marine John Basilone in Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg's follow up to Band of Brothers, The Pacific.
