In Freakie's only scene, Freakie demands to get oral sex from Richie Hanlon. Richie, traumatised from his first rape by Mark Mack, pushes Freakie away. Freakie accidentally falls off the railing and dies. McManus, not believing the homosexual Richie would reject a sexual proposition, informs him he will be charged with murder. Richie is sentenced to death for the murder of Freakie, and for the murder of Alexander Vogel, which he did not do and he has been framed by The Aryan Brotherhood.
