Eleanor O'Connor (Ellie) is the Liason to the Governor who is employed at Oswald to keep an eye on things for Devlin, but she instead ends up siding with the staff on many issues, ultimately calling Devlin a "Prick" and resigning, after the murder of her lover, Leo Glynn. She is also the ex wife of Tim McManus.
