Donna went to Oz to have her telemarketing business in Oz. After Burr Redding wanted to leave the drug trade and keep The Homeboys out of trouble, Redding looks to stop working in the kitchen and get into helping Donna Dagenhart to help set up the business. As Redding gets the homeboys going with the business, Reggie Rawls happens to be good at at it while Poet struggles and gets angry. This causes all the Homeboys to leave the telemarketing business and join Zahir Arif's book binding business which competes against the telemarketing business which also makes Burr Redding struggle to replace them. Burr does everything he can to get his guys to come back to Donna's business as he gets Samuel Gougeon to burn it. While Burr gets Chucky Pancamo and Frank Urbano to squash the Hpmeboys from selling drugs, he manages to get them back to Donna's business. Tim McManus in a deleted scene asks Donna out on a date and she declines as she tells him she is engaged and he says that he is old enough to be her father and she responds that her fiancé is also old enough to be her father leaving McManus shocked. As Donna is impressed with Burr's work, McManus comes in to make a downfall and tells Donna that Burr Redding is going into solitary.
