Cathy Rockwell was a 9-year-old child that was cycling in the street, whilst Tobias Beecher was on his way home from a party after being drunk, he decides to drive home and he accidentally runs over Cathy Rockwell and dies. Tobbias Beecher gets sentenced to 15 years in prison for it and is sent to Oz.
