Cathy was somewhat married to Aryan brotherhood member Wolfgang Cutler before his conviction.
Season 6[]
After Wolfgang Cutler's death, his belongings became inherited to Miguel Alvarez which then Cathy Jo made a visit to Miguel demanding for Wolfgang's stuff to be handed over to her. Cathy then starts visiting Miguel in prison and Miguel takes a liking to her and makes her one of the reasons why he is having parole hopes out of Oz. Miguel and Cathy visit one last time, Miguel tells her about Guerra almost overdosing on D-Tabz. Vern Schillinger stops Alvarez in the gym telling him that he won't be having Cathy Jo visiting him anymore.
Aftermath[]
Alvarez gets over Cathy Jo as he falls into Alonzo Torquemada sexual advances and his drugs.
